Wouter Koelewijn

Wouter Koelewijn has been working as a lawyer at Van Benthem & Keulen in the Healthcare & Social domain practice groups since 2015. As of 2018, Wouter has been a partner at Van Benthem & Keulen and leads the Healthcare & Social domain practice group

Wouter obtained his PhD from Leiden University in 2009 and specializes in health law and privacy law. He regularly publishes and lectures on various themes in these areas of law. As a healthcare lawyer, she has extensive experience in almost all areas that affect the planning and regulation of healthcare.

Wouter likes to contribute to the professional development of his relations and is a speaker at iura actua in the Healthcare module.

About Wouter Koelewijn

Wouter is a member of the Supervisory Board of Stichting De Waarden (Maternity Care), University Lecturer in Health Law at the University of Amsterdam, administrative law and health law annotator for AB and editor of Gezondheidsrecht (Health Law) Updates. In addition, Wouter is a member of the Association for Health Law and the Association for Privacy Law.

In 2018, Wouter was chosen as the best lawyer in health law in the Zorgvisie election, in the IT law category.
