About Daniël Schuilwerve
Daniël completed his is undergraduate degree in law at Utrecht University in 2018. In 2019 obtained his master’s degree in Law & Finance (cum laude) at the University of Amsterdam (UvA). His thesis was a co-production between the Amsterdam Law School and the Amsterdam School of Business. He researched the valuation of compensatory claims for warranty breaches in post-M&A disputes.
Daniël joined Van Benthem & Keulen as Legal Assistant in May 2020 and finished additional coursework in the field of Insolvency Law at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU) in July 2020.
Daniël is a member of the Association for Young Insolvency Lawyers (JIRA) and the Central Netherlands Young Bar Association (Jonge Balie Midden-Nederland).
