Corinne Kuipers joined Van Benthem & Keulen as a lawyer in the Corporate / M&A practice group in 2016. Corinne specialises in company law, corporate litigation and mergers & acquisitions.

What distinguishes Corinne as a lawyer is that her experience in the business world enables her to empathise with the situations that clients find themselves in, allowing her to identify exactly what kind of advice or support is needed.

Before joining Van Benthem & Keulen, Corinne worked as corporate legal counsel for ten years. In this position she engaged in corporate governance, financial supervision regulations and accounting and reporting rules, company law and mergers & acquisitions.

About Corinne Kuipers

Corinne graduated in Dutch law at Radboud University Nijmegen. In 2010 Corinne completed the Grotius specialisation course in Corporate and Business Law, graduating with distinction.

Corinne acts as a peer supervision (Intervision) moderator and is listed in the Peer Supervision Moderators Register (Register gespreksleiders Intervisie) of the Dutch Bar Association.

Corinne is member of the Commercial Law Association. Corinne is member of the editorial OR-updates. Corinne is a member of the Advisory committee on money laundering and terrorist financing (prevention) legislation of the Netherlands Bar Association.
