Arno van Beurden has been a lawyer at Van Benthem & Keulen in the Employment & Pensions practice group since 1989. From 1999 to 2022 he was a partner at Van Benthem & Keulen. Arno’s field of expertise is the legal status of directors and labour law in the healthcare sector.

What distinguishes Arno as a lawyer is that, along with his professional services, he offers practical and concrete advice based on years of experience and solid expertise. He makes a point of establishing long-term cooperation with his clients.

Arno serves clients in the manufacturing industry, retail, life sciences and healthcare, and advises his clients with his solid knowledge of the market in which they operate.

Arno is a regular lecturer in our continuous training programme, the "Labour Law Master Class", which is offered twice a year.

About Arno van Beurden

Arno studied law at Leiden University.

Arno is a member of the Labour Lawyers’ Association and the Association for Health Law and is regularly asked to act as an arbitrator. He is also a deputy judge at the Court of Appeals of The Hague.

Over the years, Arno has held a number of other functions in social areas. These include functions in healthcare, where he was member of a Regulatory Council and chaired a complaints committee. Arno also held various functions in the cultural sector.

Lastly, Arno was a member of the national committee for certificates of good conduct, as well as member and chair of the Monitoring Board of the Wolvenplein Correctional Facility in Utrecht.
