Godart van Ekeren joined Van Benthem & Keulen as a lawyer in the Information Technology and Privacy practice groups in February 2023. Godart is an all-round ICT and Privacy lawyer.

Godart started his career as a lawyer in 2019 at Houthoff in Amsterdam.

About Godart van Ekeren

Godart pursued a master's degree in civil law with a specific focus on privacy and intellectual property law at Utrecht University, within the Excellent Master Pathway. In addition, Godart completed a master's degree in philosophy of law at Leiden University.

During his studies, Godart worked as a legal assistant for a Dutch retail organisation with more than 100 petrol stations in the Netherlands. In addition, Godart gained experience as a legal privacy officer for a university.

Godart is a member of the Dutch Young Privacy Lawyers Association (JPAN) and the Dutch Association for Information Technology and Law (NVVIR).
