Frederike Linssen
Frederike Linssen joined Van Benthem & Keulen as a lawyer and counsel in the Construction Law, Administrative Law and Environmental Law practice groups in March 2023, with government liability law and construction law as focus areas.
Frederike has practised law since 2010, specialising in government liability law and civil construction law (including UAV, UAV-gc, FIDIC, EPC). Much of her work is at the intersection of public and private law. Frederike has extensive experience representing both public authorities (central government, provinces and municipalities) and medium and large sized companies in construction and infrastructure projects.
What distinguishes Frederike as a lawyer is that she has both a legal and technical background. Before entering the legal profession, Frederike completed her studies in Technical Public Administration at TU Delft and worked for several years as a strategic consultant for KPN, Capgemini and Vattenfall, among others. This allows Frederike to get to the bottom of complex issues quickly and to provide practical advice.
