Van Benthem & Keulen rankings in Chambers Europe 2020

Trots op de rankings van onze collega’s Robert Boekhorst en Alice van der Schee in de Chambers Europe 2020. 

Robert Boekhorst heeft een band 2 ranking in de categorie ranked lawyers TMT: IT & IT Outsourcing. Cliënten gaven de volgende beoordeling: “is very responsive, on the ball, has a real can-do attitude, provides crisp legal advice and is able to explain complex legal matters,” and praise “his attitude towards the other parties and his negotiation skills.” He regularly handles complex IT and outsourcing transactions, including multi-jurisdictional negotiations and regulatory issues.

Alice van der Schee heeft een band 4 ranking in de categorie ranked lawyers Restructuring/Insolvency: Administration. Chambers Europe over Alice: “Alice van der Schee of Van Benthem & Keulen enters the rankings this year after winning strong endorsements for her bankruptcy trustee practice. Recent work includes acting on cases involving companies from the healthcare, retail, automotive and real estate sectors”.

Onze collega Wouter Koelewijn wordt genoemd als Up and Coming lawyer in de categorie ranked lawyers Healthcare. Chambers Europe over Wouter: Wouter Koelewijn enters the rankings due to increased market recognition. Clients appreciate his “great analytical skills and great turnaround.” Sources also highlight that Koelewijn is “commercially strong.” He acts on a range of mandates, including governance issues and disputes with health insurers. He also advises healthcare clients on sensitive data protection matters.

Daarnaast heeft ons IT team een band 3 ranking  in de categorie TMT: IT & IT Outsourcing. Cliënten over ons IT team: “very good and efficient” and provides “high-quality standards of work,” also adding: “All the people you need to speak with are easily accessible.”
