Van Benthem & Keulen provided legal assistance to Agora Makers Group in the acquisition of Orange Lighting. Agora Makers Group is a Dutch company specializing in LED fixtures for public lighting. The acquisition of Orange Lighting is part of Agora Makers Group's development strategy in Northern Europe, where Agora Makers has been present since 2011 with GMH Eclatec. The acquisition of Orange Lighting will enable them, together with GMH Eclatec, to offer a complete and consolidated range of products and services. This will strengthen their local presence in the Netherlands and combine their expertise in lighting and street furniture. As a result, they will be able to offer local authorities and partners solutions that are increasingly innovative and sustainable and tailored to the needs of European public spaces.
