Maaike Kamps
Maaike Kamps joined Van Benthem & Keulen as a lawyer in the Corporate/M&A practice group in February 2020. Maaike specialises in mergers and acquisitions and corporate law.
Maaike started her career as a lawyer in 2010 at Linklaters in Amsterdam, specialising in M&A. After that, Maaike worked for several years at Nexa Velo Advocaten, with a special focus on M&A, factoring services and the property sector.
As a lawyer, Maaike has years of experience in advising and assisting companies, entrepreneurs, investors and management in the field of M&A and corporate law. Maaike’s way of working is characterised by drive, practicality and a strong sense of responsibility. Contributing ideas at the boardroom level about strategy and commercial goals gives her energy.

About Maaike Kamps
Maaike graduated in private law and criminal law from Utrecht University in 2009. Maaike also completed the Law Firm School in 2011, an extra in-depth course in the professional training of lawyers for the international legal profession.
