General Advisory Board

With the General Advisory Board, we continuously assess whether our services align with our clients’ developments and strategic priorities. We discuss trends, dilemmas and key decisions, so that we can help you move forward with confidence.

The board has a broad composition of 8 to 10 members, including GCs, CFOs, CEOs and professors, and is led by an external chair. This mix ensures open discussion and relevant insights.

The Education Advisory Board is our dedicated sparring partner for the education sector. Together, we discuss trends, developments and sector-specific issues that matter now and in the future. The board challenges us, keeps us sharp and helps us to continuously improve our services. This enables us to better understand educational institutions and provide advice that works in practice.

General Counsel Innovation Platform (GCIP)

Alongside our Advisory Boards, we are closely involved in the General Counsel Innovation Platform (GCIP): a network of over 180 General Counsels and innovation specialists focused on innovation within corporate legal departments.
