Michiel Fechner
Michiel Fechner has been working as a lawyer at Van Benthem & Keulen since June 2022 and is a member of the Commercial Real Estate and Commercial Tenancy Law practice groups.
Michiel began his career as a lawyer at AKD in Amsterdam in 2016, where he advised on mergers & acquisitions and insolvency & dispute resolution, in addition to commercial real estate (tenancy law and property transactions). While there, he dealt with general corporate law, as well as commercial contracting, joint ventures and cross-border restructuring. Michiel has also independently settled bankruptcies as a trustee and in that capacity has advised on issues such as attachment and execution law, disputes over termination of financing and group financing and the enforcement of securities.
Michiel advises on all aspects of commercial real estate and tenancy law. Michiel acts for property investors, developers, retailers and brokers/property managers, among others.
