Van Benthem & Keulen provided legal guidance to Eren Groupe on its purchase of Jumpsquare

Van Benthem & Keulen has provided legal guidance to French company Eren Groupe on its purchase of Jumpsquare, the largest chain of trampoline halls in the Netherlands. The purchase includes 32 trampoline parks in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. The Eren Groupe, which will soon have 55 trampoline parks, invests mainly in technology companies within the energy transition, but also has a separate sports division focused on developing sports activities. The Eren Groupe aims to achieve further growth in Europe with the acquisition of Jumpsquare.
