Van Benthem & Keulen is strengthening its Commercial Real Estate, Commercial Tenancy Law and Corporate/M&A teams with the arrival of Michiel Fechner and Lisanne Veerbeek.
Michiel Fechner
On 1 June 2022, Michiel Fechner joined Van Benthem & Keulen as a lawyer within the Commercial Real Estate and Commercial Tenancy Law teams. Michiel has worked in the legal profession since 2016. Before making the switch to Van Benthem & Keulen, Michiel worked at AKD in the Real Estate, Litigation & Insolvency and M&A practice groups.
Michiel specialises in commercial real estate and tenancy law and has extensive experience in (international) real estate transactions, tenancy law issues and commercial contracting. Michiel's clients include real estate investors, project developers, retailers and brokers/managers.
Lisanne Veerbeek
On 1 June 2022 Lisanne Veerbeek joined Van Benthem & Keulen as a lawyer within the Corporate/M&A team. Lisanne has worked in the legal profession since 2016. Before making the switch to Van Benthem & Keulen, Lisanne worked at various offices where she always focused on the M&A practice.
Lisanne specialises in advising and assisting companies, entrepreneurs, investor in the area of the purchase and/or sale of the company.
