Biography
Lisanne Veerbeek has been working as a lawyer at VBK in the Corporate / M&A team since June 2022 and as Counsel since January 2026. Lisanne provides counsel to both buyers and sellers in the purchase or sale of their businesses.
Lisanne assists her clients in a practical way and gives them to-the-point advice, allowing her clients to focus on what they do best: business.

About Lisanne
Lisanne studied for a master's in Business & Law at Radboud University in Nijmegen and graduated in December 2015. Lisanne graduated cum laude from the Grotius specialist training course in corporate and business law.
Lisanne is a founder and member of the Young DCFA (Dutch Corporate Finance Association), an association for young M&A professionals.
