Van Benthem & Keulen provided legal advice to Emil Frey on acquiring the leasing company Autoplanning

On 28 April 2021, an agreement was reached about Emil Frey’s purchase of the leasing company Autoplanning. The acquisition of the Almere-based company is in line with the dealer holding company's strategy to grow its core business, including leasing. MKB Lease is part of the company as well.
