Van Benthem & Keulen assists Securitas in the Alphatron acquisition

A team led by Sander Marges and Jacqueline Broeren-Berns has assisted Securitas Nederland B.V. in the acquisition of Alphatron Security Systems B.V. The team also included Mariël Vrielink, Martijn van Steensel (both responsible for the notarial work), Birgit Besseler and Rebin Koudijs. The acquisition was finalised this month. Van Benthem & Keulen assisted Securitas in, inter alia, performing the due diligence investigation and drawing up the transaction documentation.

Alphatron is the market leader in the development of innovative integrated security solutions such as camera, access control and communication systems. By acquiring Alphatron Security Systems, Securitas strengthens its technological position in both the corporate and the private sector.
