Van Benthem & Keulen strengthens its Commercial Tenancy Law and Commercial Real Estate teams with the arrival of Justine van Lochem

As of 1 June 2023, Prof dr Justine van Lochem has joined Van Benthem & Keulen as a lawyer and partner within the Commercial Tenancy Law and Commercial Real Estate teams.
Justine has been working as a lawyer since 2006 and specialises in tenancy law, both with regard to the rental law of business premises (office and retail) and residential premises. In addition, Justine advises and litigates in the field of contract law and property law.
In 2019, Justine received her doctorate from Utrecht University with a thesis on open standards in tenancy law (space versus legal certainty).
In addition to her work as a lawyer and partner at Van Benthem & Keulen, Justine is an associate professor of tenancy law at the University of Groningen.
