Van Benthem & Keulen provided legal advice to Iddink Digital in the sale of Eduarte to Topicus. Eduarte is a market-leading student information system for senior secondary vocational education (mbo). According to Rob Veneboer, managing director of Iddink Digital, the sale of Eduarte stemmed from the desire to continue serving education well and this requires innovation. The sale of Eduarte will allow Iddink to focus on Magister, a school information system for secondary schools.

The takeover is expected to be completed by 1 October 2022. The VBK deal team was made up of Sander Marges, Maaike Kamps, Lisanne Veerbeek and Jelle Bruinsma.
