Van Benthem & Keulen appoints 2 new equity partners with effect from 1 January 2019
Wouter Koelewijn (1979) will be appointed equity partner with effect from 1 January 2019. Wouter co-leads Van Benthem & Keulen’s healthcare team together with Petra Klein Gunnewiek. The team is rapidly growing and, with effect from 2019, will be made up of eight specialised lawyers who assist healthcare providers and authorities with respect to all legal issues and issues of liability that play a role within the healthcare and social domain. As a healthcare lawyer, Wouter has specialised over the last few years in complex issues in the fields of regulation, contracting, financing and collaboration within the healthcare sector and the social domain of social support and youth care.
Anne Haverkort (1982) will be appointed equity partner with effect from 1 January 2019. Anne specialises in the field of employment law. She focuses on, inter alia, individual and collective dismissal cases, co-determination procedures and transfer of an undertaking. In addition to this, Anne is the chair of the education sector team and is a member of the healthcare team of Van Benthem & Keulen.
