Mathilde van Velzen-de Boer
Mathilde van Velzen-de Boer joined Van Benthem & Keulen as a lawyer in the Administrative Law and Environmental Law practice groups in March 2019.
Mathilde has been practising law since 2015 and specialises in general Administrative Law and Environmental Law. Within this, she deals with nature conservation law and nitrogen, supervision and enforcement issues, spatial planning and housing issues, among others. She publishes on a regular basis. Mathilde litigates for and advises government authorities, the business community and private individuals.
What characterises Mathilde as a lawyer is her ability to quickly understand complex files and her personal approach. She is committed and sensitive to all the interests involved.

About Mathilde van Velzen-de Boer
Mathilde studied law at Utrecht University, where she obtained her master's degree in Constitutional and Administrative Law with distinction. In 2023 Mathilde completed the Grotius specialisation course in General Administrative Law, graduating with distinction.
Mathilde is a member of the Environmental Law Association (VMR), the Environmental Lawyers' Association (VMA) and the Administrative Law Association (VAR).
