Mathilde van Velzen-de Boer
Mathilde van Velzen-de Boer joined Van Benthem & Keulen as a lawyer in the Administrative Law and Environmental Law practice groups in March 2019.
Mathilde specialises in Environmental law. She litigates and advises on various Environmental Law subjects, such as nature conservation law, spatial planning, licensing and enforcement issues and environmental quality requirements such as odour and noise. Mathilde represents government authorities, the business community and private individuals.
What characterises Mathilde as a lawyer is her ability to quickly understand complex files and her personal approach. She is committed and sensitive to all the interests involved.
After her studies, she worked as a lawyer at Pels Rijcken for four years.

About Mathilde van Velzen-de Boer
Mathilde studied law at Utrecht University, where she obtained her master's degree in constitutional and administrative law with distinction.
Mathilde is a member of the Environmental Law Association (VMR), the Environmental Lawyers' Association (VMA) and the Administrative Law Association (VAR).
