VBK is strengthening its Tech & Data team with the arrival of Chloë Verschoor
On 1 October 2026, Chloë Verschoor joined VBK as a lawyer and counsel within the Tech & Data team. Before joining VBK, Chloë worked at firms including Bird & Bird and A&O Shearman.
With over ten years’ experience in data protection, privacy and data regulation, Chloë brings deep-rooted expertise to one of the most dynamic areas of law today.
Chloë advises Dutch and international organisations on the GDPR and ePrivacy in the broadest sense, including international data transfers, data breaches, data subjects’ rights, DPIA’s and strategic matters such as enforcement by supervisory authorities. Her strength lies in navigating the rapidly expanding European data landscape: from NIS2 and the Cybersecurity Act to the Digital Services Act, the AI Regulation, the Data Act and the European Health Data Space. She translates complex regulations into concrete, workable solutions for her clients.
Gijs van Wijgerden, CEO at VBK: “With Chloë’s arrival, we are bringing on board a highly experienced specialist in data protection and European data regulation. This expansion is in line with the growth ambitions of our Tech & Data team. We are delighted to welcome Chloë to VBK.”
