VBK provided legal counsel to Roos Groep in connection with the sale of shares in its capital by Peter Roos to Tom Roos and Green Park Investment Partners.

Roos Groep is active in infrastructure and concrete road construction in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany and is celebrating its 75th anniversary this year. With this transaction, Tom Roos, in collaboration with Green Park Investment Partners, definitively takes the helm from his father, Peter Roos, as the third generation of the family to lead the company. This marks a new, solid step toward further growth for the company, both organically and through acquisitions.
