Van Benthem & Keulen welcomes Michael Reker and Godart van Ekeren to strengthen its Information Technology and Privacy teams

Van Benthem & Keulen has strengthened its Information Technology and Privacy teams with the arrival of Michael Reker and Godart van Ekeren.

Michael Reker

On 1 February 2023 Michael Reker joined Van Benthem & Keulen as a lawyer in the Information Technology and Privacy practice groups.

Before making the move to Van Benthem & Keulen, Michael worked as an ICT and privacy lawyer at Brinkhof and Pot Jonker Lawyers.

Michael is an all-round ICT and Privacy lawyer and deals with the full range of the ICT and Privacy practice. He has extensive experience in assisting medium and large enterprises, local and national governments, and healthcare institutions in complex issues in the field of ICT sourcing projects, privacy and personal data processing, intellectual property and regulated markets.

Godart van Ekeren

On 1 February 2023 Godart van Ekeren joined Van Benthem & Keulen as a lawyer in the Information Technology and Privacy practice groups.

Before making the move to Van Benthem & Keulen, he worked for three years as a lawyer at Houthoff in Amsterdam.

Godart is an all-round ICT and privacy lawyer and also specialises in IT contracts, privacy, E-commerce, Internet law and sourcing projects.
