Van Benthem & Keulen is strengthening its Finance & Banking team with the arrival of Dennis Apperloo.

From 1 January 2024, Dennis Apperloo joined Van Benthem & Keulen as a lawyer and associate partner in the Banking & Finance team.

Before moving to the Utrecht office of Van Benthem & Keulen, Dennis worked as a lawyer at two international firms.

Dennis focuses on financial regulatory issues and assists his clients (including banks, payment institutions and insurers) with, among other things, market access, financial regulatory strategy issues, scoping and enforcement by DNB and AFM. 

In addition, Dennis advises and guides his clients on Wwft issues and is frequently asked to conduct external reviews for the purpose of an acquisition or at the request of a regulator.
