Van Benthem & Keulen strengthen its Real Estate and Tenancy Law teams with the arrival of Jonne Fluitsma

On 1 July 2025, Jonne Fluitsma joined Van Benthem & Keulen as a lawyer within the Real Estate and Tenancy Law teams.

Jonne has been working in the legal profession since 2017. Before joining Van Benthem & Keulen, he worked as a real estate lawyer at Pels Rijcken.

Jonne specialises in civil real estate law, with a focus on leasing, sales, leasehold, prescription and property rights. Jonne works for commercial parties, including retailers, project developers and (institutional) investors, healthcare institutions, housing associations and government bodies, such as provinces and municipalities.
