Biography
Jonne Fluitsma joined VBK as a lawyer within the Real Estate, Tenancy Law and Construction Law teams in July 2025.
Jonne has been practising law since 2017. Before Jonne made the move to VBK, he worked as a real estate lawyer at Pels Rijcken.
Jonne specialises in civil real estate law, with a focus on lease, sale and purchase, ground lease, extinctive prescription and rights in rem (property rights). Jonne works for commercial clients - including retailers, property developers and (institutional) investors - but also for healthcare institutions, housing corporations and public authorities, such as provinces and municipalities,
What distinguishes Jonne as a lawyer is his ability to get to the bottom of complex legal problems and translate them into pragmatic and understandable solutions.

About Jonne
In 2016, Jonne completed his master's degree in Private Law at Utrecht University cum laude. He also studied at the University of Auckland, New Zealand in 2013. During his studies, Jonne worked as a legal assistant at VBK.
In 2021, Jonne completed the Grotius Real Estate specialisation course cum laude.
Jonne is a member of the Association of Young Real Estate Lawyers (VJOJ).
