Van Benthem & Keulen provided legal assistance to Sweco in the divestment of its residual substances business

On 7 November 2019, Indaver and engineering consultancy Sweco completed the sale of Grontmij Beheer Reststoffenprojecten (BRP) to Indaver Nederland. BRP includes waste processing companies Stainkoeln, Vagroen, Secundaire Bouwstoffen Unie and Waterzuivering Milieuboulevard Groningen. Van Benthem & Keulen provided legal assistance to Sweco in this divestment of its residual substances business.
