On 16 September 2021, Dometic took over Cadac International. Cadac International is a supplier of premium barbecue equipment for vehicles in the outdoor market.
Van Benthem & Keulen provided legal assistance to Dometic for this purchase. The transaction boosts Dometic’s range of products and its distribution network for the growing outdoor lifestyle market. The products are mostly sold in Europe using a network of more than 600 dealers and their own B2C e-channels. This is the seventh announced acquisition by Dometic in 2021.
