Van Benthem & Keulen has provided legal advice to Bergschenhoek Groep on the sale of ventilation company R-Vent to the Lindab Group. Lindab is thus acquiring a strong position in the Netherlands. R-Vent, headquartered in Bergschenhoek, is the leading manufacturer and distributor of ventilation products, with an annual turnover of approximately €47 million and 140 employees. Together with Lindab, there are good development opportunities for R-Vent.
