Van Benthem & Keulen number 2 in MT1000 list of best service providers in 2018 in category Law and Notary firms!

In 2018, Van Benthem & Keulen reached number 2 in the category ‘Law and Notary Firms’ in MT1000, the annual survey into the quality and popularity of professional service providers and suppliers in the Netherlands.

Van Benthem & Keulen has risen two places compared to 2017 and has the highest Net Promotor Score (NPS) of all firms in this category (NPS is the method used to measure customer loyalty).

In total, 4,476 respondents rated 2,081 different firms in 57 different categories.

The MT1000 survey is conducted by the research office of Erasmus University Rotterdam (the Erasmus Centre for Business Innovation) on behalf of Management Team. Respondents were asked to rate Van Benthem & Keulen on a scale of one to ten: “How likely is it that you would recommend Van Benthem & Keulen to a friend or colleague?”. Based on the answers, the Net Promoter Score was calculated, which forms the basis for the rankings of the MT1000. In addition, clients recognised our performance on three substantive aspects: customer focus, product leadership and quality of execution.

Respondents could only rate companies with which they had business contacts in the past three years. Therefore, the MT1000 is based on experiences, and not only on reputations.
