Sander Marges joins Van Benthem & Keulen’s Executive Committee from 1 February 2020

Sander Marges takes a seat on the Executive Committee of Van Benthem & Keulen as of 1 February 2020. Sander succeeds Marcel Ruygvoorn.

Sander Marges has been with Van Benthem & Keulen in the Corporate/M&A practice group as a lawyer since 2001 and as partner since 2011. Sander specialises in governance & compliance. He has also assisted with various national and international takeovers and collaborations. Alongside his work at Van Benthem & Keulen, Sander regularly gives guest lectures and speaks at seminars.
