Steef van den Boogert joined Van Benthem & Keulen as a lawyer in the Restructuring & Insolvency practice group in February 2023. In his daily practice he offers trustees in bankruptcy and administrators support in the resolution of bankruptcies and moratoriums.

About Steef van den Boogert

Steef studied law at Utrecht University, from which he graduated with a master's degree in Private Law in 2022. He wrote his master's thesis on the sometimes difficult position of the seller under retention of title.

During his studies, from 2020 to 2023, Steef worked as a legal assistant at Van Benthem & Keulen in the Restructuring & Insolvency practice group.

Steef is a member of the Central Netherlands Young Bar Association and the Young Insolvency Lawyers Association (JIRA).
