Roy Zusterzeel
Roy Zusterzeel has been a lawyer at Van Benthem & Keulen in the Employment & Pensions practice group since July 2024.
Roy studied at Radboud University Nijmegen, where he completed a master's in Organizational Design & Development in addition to his master's in Civil Law. During this business master's programme, Roy immersed himself in strategy, organisational structure and HRM issues. As a result, Roy understands the context of organisations in a dynamic society and has an understanding of organisational structures. Roy uses this knowledge in his legal services.
During his studies, Roy was a director of a civil litigation society, where he enjoyed developing his legal skills. He was also a director of the Nijmegen Student Investors Association, where he learned what distinguishes successful companies from the unsuccessful ones.
