Philine Bertrams

Philine Bertrams has been working as a lawyer at VBK since August 2025, as part of the Healthcare & Social domain team. 

Philine advises and supports administrative bodies and healthcare institutions within the social domain in the field of general health law. In addition, she deals with issues such as cooperation in healthcare, disputes between healthcare providers, supervision and enforcement (procedures involving the Health and Youth Care Inspectorate (IGJ) and the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZa)), as well as healthcare contracting and regulation.

About Philine

Philine obtained her Master's degree in Healthcare Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam. 

Philine is editor and annotator of Health Law Updates (GZR). Philine is also a member of the Health Law Association and the Young Bar Association of Central Netherlands.
