Luka Politiek

Luka Politiek has been working as a campus recruiter at VBK within the HR team since September 2025.

In her day-to-day work, Luka is in contact with students and recent graduates taking their first steps in the legal profession or the notarial sector. She informs them about the opportunities at VBK and guides them throughout the entire selection process.

About Luka

Luka completed a Master’s in Private Law and a Master’s in Policy, Communication and Organisation in Amsterdam. With this legal and organisational background, she focuses on connecting young talent with VBK’s practice.

In conversations with students and recent graduates, Luka discusses their ambitions, answers questions about working or undertaking an internship at VBK, and helps them think through their next steps. With her curious, approachable and goal-oriented approach, she works with candidates to find the right match between person and organisation.
