Lennard Moers

Lennard Moers works as a corporate recruiter at VBK within the HR team.

In his day-to-day work, Lennard is responsible for new hires at VBK. This includes recruitment and competency-based selection. He is also involved in strengthening VBK’s employer brand and works closely with our campus recruiter.

As well as recruitment, Lennard is involved in various change initiatives within our firm, including the further development of our onboarding process, the deployment of practical support and the use of AI.

About Lennard

Lennard obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Master’s degree in Business Law with a specialisation in Employment Law in Utrecht. During his studies, he worked as a recruiter at a student employment agency, where he later progressed to a broader role involving client relationship management, operational coordination and HR tasks. This combination of a legal background, recruitment experience and an affinity for HR comes together well in his current role at VBK.
