Biography
Laura van Lienden has been working as a lawyer at VBK since December 2025, within the Real Estate and Commercial Tenancy Law teams.
Laura specialises in civil property law, with a focus on letting, selling, leasehold, prescription and property rights. Laura works for commercial parties, including retailers, project developers and (institutional) investors, as well as healthcare institutions, housing associations and public authorities, such as provinces and municipalities.

About Laura
Before Laura began her law studies, she obtained her bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences in 2021. In 2024, Laura completed her bachelor's degree in Law at Utrecht University with honours, and in 2025 she also completed her master's degree in Private Law at Utrecht University with honours. During and after her studies, Laura worked as a paralegal at VBK.
