Joris Leferink has been working as a lawyer at VBK within the Real Estate and Commercial Tenancy Law teams since August 2026.
Joris specialises in civil real estate law and advises on all aspects of commercial real estate and tenancy law. Joris works for commercial clients – including retailers, real estate developers and (institutional) investors – as well as healthcare organisations, housing associations and public authorities, such as counties and local authorities.

About Joris
Joris obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Law from Utrecht University in 2023. In 2025, he completed his Master’s degree in Private Law at the same university. During his studies, he also spent a semester studying German law at the University of Munich.
