About Joris den Hartog
Joris completed two master’s degrees in Private Law and Corporate Law at Utrecht University. He was awarded the distinction of cum laude for both degrees. Before doing so, he took his bachelor’s degree in Law at Utrecht University. During his time at university, he took part in the honour’s programme at Utrecht Law College and spent a term at the University of Sidney in Australia. While still a student, Joris published academic articles on contract law, liability law and private international law. As a student, he also spent almost three years working as a legal assistant in the Commercial Contracting & Dispute Resolution practice group.
Joris is a board member of the Young Bar Association Central Netherlands.
