Daniëla van Rein

Commercial Contracts, Liability & Litigation and Construction Law

Summary

Biography

Daniëla van Rein joined VBK as a lawyer in the Commercial Contracts, Liability & Litigation and Construction Law teams in July 2025.

Before switching to the legal profession, Daniëla worked for eight years as a lawyer at a large legal expenses insurer. In that position, she assisted entrepreneurs on a daily basis in various legal disputes, during which she regularly litigated - especially in cases concerning contractual disputes and liability issues. Thanks to that practical experience, Daniëla knows exactly what entrepreneurs need: clear communication, decisiveness and concrete solutions that allow them to move forward immediately. Business is complex enough as it is - which is why she likes to take the legal process out of their hands.

Daniëla is involved, down-to-earth and to the point. She thinks in terms of possibilities, switches quickly and reduces complex matters to their essence. In doing so, she keeps an eye on her clients' commercial interests.
