Celine Houwen

Celine Houwen joined Van Benthem & Keulen as a deputy civil-law notary in January 2025. Celine has a particular focus on corporate law.

Celine spent eight years as a candidate notary at NautaDutilh, including one year in New York. In 2020, Celine was sworn in as a deputy civil-law notary with substitution powers.

Expertise

• Assisting both national and international companies, ranging from start-ups to multinationals, in transactions and (cross-border) restructurings, legal mergers and demergers
• Drafting and advising on articles of association, joint ventures and other forms of cooperation 
• Incorporating  legal entities
• Advising on and arranging forthe dissolutions of legal entities
• General corporate law advice
