Biography

Anne Kusters has been working as a lawyer at VBK since 2012 and, since January 2026, also as counsel in the Procurement Law and Administrative Law teams.

What distinguishes Anne as a lawyer is that she advises her clients from an open perspective on the case and has the will to learn from her clients about matters that are important to them personally or their organisation. She strives to apply her legal knowledge as practically as possible to the business of her clients, taking their internal organisation into account.

Anne likes to contribute to the professional development of her relations and regularly gives courses with her colleagues in the fields of procurement law and administrative law. Anne also speaks at iura actua in the Procurement Law module, and shares her knowledge through, for example, Legal Updates.

About Anne 

Anne studied Dutch law at Radboud University Nijmegen, from which she graduated in the summer of 2012.

In December 2018, Anne  completed the Grotius specialisation course in European and Dutch Public Procurement Law with distinction.
