VBK strengthens its Notarial Practice Real Estate team with the arrival of Thirza Bakker

Thirza Bakker joined VBK on 1 September 2026 as part of the Real Estate Civil-Law Notaries Department.
Thirza has been working as a deputy civil-law notary since 2025. Before joining VBK, she worked at Nysingh in the property sector. Thirza specialises, amongst other things, in drafting and negotiating property purchase agreements, drawing up deeds of transfer and mortgage deeds, establishing easements, leasehold rights and the granting of building rights, and the division of flat ownership rights.
