Van Benthem & Keulen supports the Stand firm statement. This statement, endorsed by 20 firms, calls for law firms in the Netherlands to refuse to carry out transactions that may be aimed at safeguarding the interests of the Russian president, the Russian state, Russian (state) companies or the Russian elite, insofar as they do not openly take a stand against the invasion of Ukraine. In this way we want to prevent representing the interests of those who (indirectly) facilitate the war against Ukraine.
