On 1 September 2025, Marjolijn van Deventer joined us as a solicitor and MfN mediator within the Employment & Pensions team.
Marjolijn has been working as an employment law lawyer since 1996. She has also been acting as a certified MfN mediator in employment disputes for over 10 years and assists parties in employment and business conflicts. In addition, Marjolijn is an experienced intervision leader and assists solicitors and other professionals in reflecting on their practice and professional development.
Marjolijn has extensive experience in advising and litigating for national and international companies, educational and healthcare institutions, the temporary employment sector, the sports sector and statutory directors, among others. She also acts as a legal and strategic sparring partner for HRM, management directors and supervisors in the areas of labour disputes, terms of employment, reorganisations, inappropriate behaviour, employee participation and corporate governance.
Thanks to her thorough legal knowledge, which she combines with a solution-oriented and pragmatic approach, Marjolijn is able to take care of her clients' concerns and translate legal complexity into clear strategies and workable solutions.
