Successful guidance in the sale of Blygold to Gilde Equity Management

Van Benthem & Keulen provided legal guidance to the shareholders of Blygold International B.V. and Blygold Nederland Groep B.V. in the sale of their shares to private equity firm Gilde Equity Management. The Blygold companies are active worldwide as suppliers of anti-corrosion coatings for HVAC installations and specialise in energy-saving, life-extending and cost-reducing solutions for air conditioning and air treatment equipment. With the entry of Gilde Equity Management, further (international) growth can be achieved.
Van Benthem & Keulen worked closely on these transactions with RSM Corporate Finance, sales advisor to (the shareholders of) Blygold International B.V., and Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions, sales advisor to (the major shareholder of) Blygold Nederland Groep B.V.
