Mirte Beker has been practising law since 2016. Since then, she has worked within the areas of Corporate Law, M&A and Commercial Real Estate.

On 1 March 2022, Mirte joined the Commercial Contracting & Dispute Resolution, Construction Law and Commercial Real Estate practice groups at Van Benthem & Keulen. Mirte advises and assists national and international companies in the field of project development and construction agreements (UAV, UAV-GC, DNR, BDMO, BDFMO) and the purchase and sale of real estate.

In addition to her real estate expertise, Mirte has experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder disputes and other corporate-law-related topics. In doing so, she creates added value for her clients by deploying legal (strategic) products combined with business acumen.

About Mirte Beker

After graduating from Utrecht University, Mirte took the postgraduate Grotius specialist training course in Real Estate, which she successfully completed in 2021.

Mirte is a member of the Association of Young Property Lawyers (VJOJ).
