Hugo Wolterink has been working as a lawyer at Van Benthem & Keulen in the Restructuring & Insolvency practice group since 1 February 2020.
- Supporting insolvency practitioners and administrators in the settlement of bankruptcies and moratoriums on payments
- Advising and litigating in the field of insolvency law
About Hugo Wolterink
Hugo studied business & law at Utrecht University and obtained his master's degree in 2019.
For his graduation thesis on salary caps in European football, Hugo won the ‘Prof. N. J.P. Giltay Veth thesis prize'. This prize is awarded annually by the Association for Sport and Law for an important contribution in the field of sport and law.
During the final year of his studies, Hugo started work at Van Benthem & Keulen as a legal assistant.
Hugo is a member of the Association for Young Insolvency Lawyers, the Association for Sport and Law and Jonge Balie Midden-Nederland (Central Netherlands Young Bar Association).
