Elze 't Hart has worked as a lawyer in the Information Technology and Privacy practice groups since June 2014 and as an associate partner at Van Benthem & Keulen since July 2023. Elze's expertise is: IT and Privacy.

Elze is an all-round ICT & Privacy lawyer with a focus on data privacy.

Elze litigates, contracts and advises in the field of data privacy. With regard to privacy, she assists governments and companies when it comes to (intra-group) data governance and compliance regarding (complex) processing of (personal) data. Elze carries out privacy impact assessments, advises on data sharing and drafts contracts and policies. She also advises on telecommunications, platforms, data, cybersecurity and algorithms, including (the impact of) new legislation resulting from the European digital strategy.

Elze takes a solution-oriented and pragmatic approach and sees it as a challenge to make complex processes possible within the legal framework.
