Anique began her career in 2009 as a property lawyer at Dentons Boekel. In 2018, she and her team moved to Hemwood Real Estate Lawyers.

Anique advis es and litigates on all aspects of commercial property and is a specialist in commercial tenancy law. Anique is pragmatic and pro-active. She acts both for lessors and lessees of retail spaces, catering establishments and offices. Her clients are private and institutional investors, project developers, retailers and real estate agents/managers.

Anique is a member of the Dutch Association of Tenancy Lawyers (VHA). She is one of the teachers of the VHA’s specialist course. Anique is also a regular contributor to the Commercial Tenancy Law Journal (Tijdschrift voor Huurrecht Bedrijfsruimte) writing commentaries on judgments and articles on commercial tenancy law.
